The BJP again wins after 27 years in Delhi: Politics, Promises and A New Era..

  The Delhi Assembly elections of 2025 have given a milestone decision, with Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) reinstallment in the power corridors of the national capital after almost 30 years. By winning 48 out of 70 seats, the BJP led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ousted the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which has been able to win only 22 seats. The Indian National Congress continued its downhill journey as it failed to get any of the seats for the third consecutive time. A Turnabout in Political Directions It is for five years now that the AAP has been reigning in Delhi with its agenda of education, healthcare, and public services at no cost. However, with the emergence of allegations of corruption and the weakening of administration, public trust also began to gradually deteriorate.
